Refund policy

At Beyond Defined, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, we kindly ask that you adhere to the guidelines set out in our return policy.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Returns

  • Time Frame for Returns: For US customers, items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. International customers have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return items.
  • Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused. Additionally, they should be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We advise ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process to your original payment method. We strive to begin this process as quickly as possible, typically within 10 days. In the event that you have not received your refund after 15 days, please get in touch with us promptly. We are here to resolve any issues and ensure that your refund is processed smoothly.

 

Exchanges

In your email, please specify if you are seeking an exchange. This is subject to the availability of the desired product. When emailing us for an exchange, please clearly state your desire to exchange the item. Keep in mind that exchanges are contingent upon the availability of the requested product.

  • Condition of Exchange Items:
    • Exchanges can be made primarily for reasons of size or quality. If you find that the item you received doesn't fit correctly or there's a quality concern, please contact us at customerservice@beyonddefined.com to initiate an exchange. We will review your request and provide instructions based on the availability of the desired size or product. 
    • To successfully process an exchange, the item you are returning must be sent back in its complete original packaging, undamaged and with all tags attached. Only under these conditions can an exchange be issued.
